Registrations are only accepted online. In order to complete your application, you will need the following information and documents:

  1. an up-to-date CV (PDF file)

  2. grade transcripts from your Bachelor and/or Master courses (PDF file)

  3. a 1-2 page letter of motivation, highlighting your interest and prior experience in the school’s topic (PDF file)

  4. two letters of recommendation, one being from your current supervisor at your home institution (2 separate PDF files)

  5. title, author list, and abstract of your poster (plain text without special characters). Posters should be A0 size with not special layout template required.

Please notice that you will not be able to submit your application unless all necessary information is complete.

Deadline for registrations is April 10, 2016. On this date, the registration system will automatically close. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out before April 22, 2016. This leaves about 3 months time for accepted participants to pay the registration fee (your acceptance is only confirmed after payment of the fee), make their travel arrangements, and get visa for Germany, if needed. Please check whether you will need a visa for Germany! Applying for and obtaining the visa is in your own responsibility.
